Job Title: Supervisor / Site Incharge – Waste Management

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day waste management operations at the assigned site.
  • Ensure smooth execution of collection, segregation, transportation, and disposal of waste as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors for timely operations.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain records of daily operations, manpower deployment, vehicle movement, and waste quantity.
  • Identify operational issues and take corrective measures promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and submit reports to management.
  • Train and guide ground-level staff for proper waste handling and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain discipline, resolve staff grievances, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor equipment, vehicles, and consumables; ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
  • Support in audits, inspections, and customer/authority visits at the site.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably Environmental Science / Civil / Mechanical / Waste Management).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in waste management, facility management, construction, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities (Hindi required, English preferred).
  • Knowledge of waste management processes, safety practices, and environmental norms.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email reporting).
  • Willingness to work on-site with flexible timings.
