We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. They will also manage the accounting team and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets
Prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Manage the accounting team
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of experience in finance and accounting
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
