
Analyst - Identity Access Management

09Key Responsibilities:
Identity Management Solutions:
- Implement and manage identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint Identity IQ and CyberArk.
- Ensure the integrity and security of user identities and access rights across the organization.
Active Directory Management:
- Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
- Utilize Sailpoint to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring timely access to resources and compliance with security policies.
- Monitor and manage group memberships, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory to align with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits of Active Directory to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies in user access.
Sailpoint Development:
- Participate in the development, customization, and deployment of Sailpoint Identity IQ solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective identity management workflows.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- Engage in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize best practices in SDLC to enhance the development and implementation of identity management solutions.
Automation Testing:
- Develop and execute automation tests for identity management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced automation tools, including Selenium, to streamline testing procedures.
AI Integration:
- Leverage artificial intelligence to optimize identity management workflows and improve decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on AI trends and their applicability to identity and access management.
Out-of-the-Box Thinking:
- Propose innovative solutions to complex identity management challenges, enhancing user experience while maintaining security protocols.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their identity management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on identity management strategies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports on identity access metrics and compliance for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, and Active Directory.
- Strong background in automation testing and familiarity with advanced automation tools such as Selenium.
- Experience in Sailpoint development and understanding of the SDLC.
- Good understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in identity management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
