About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to handle marketing, sales, and client engagement for Fresh Label.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai, involving both office and field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and develop territory-based marketing plans.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Handle client meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
  • Manage company emails for client communication and inquiries.
  • Handle and update IndiaMART, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and the company website.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure brand and quality consistency.
  • Maintain sales reports, inquiry records, and client communication logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of IndiaMART, tender documentation, email communication, and basic digital marketing.
  • Confident in client handling, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in labeling, printing, or packaging is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Chennai and willing to travel for client visits.

Compensation

  • (Experienced): Salary as per market rate, based on experience and performance.
  • (Fresher / No Experience): ₹12,000 salary + ₹3,000 allowance (Total ₹15,000/month).
  • Future increments based on performance and results.
