Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Executive for SEO and Digital Advertising to manage, optimize, and execute digital marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), with a focus on driving organic traffic and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Implementation:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth across websites and landing pages.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO-friendly content across various platforms.
  • Monitor website traffic and rankings, providing regular updates and recommendations to enhance SEO performance.
  • Manage technical SEO audits and work with the development team to implement required changes.
  • Analyze and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
  • Digital Advertising (PPC Management):
  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and improve performance across various paid platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of ads, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure ads are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze advertising performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and present actionable insights for further optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on SEO and PPC performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO and paid ad campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for SEO and digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and PPC tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth and optimize paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink strategy, and content development.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads' search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
