Key Responsibilities:

  • To research, analyze, and manage land-related data and documents to support real estate development, transactions, and legal compliance.
  • Land Research & Due Diligence  Review and interpret land titles, deeds, surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
  • Analyze zoning, land use regulations, and environmental restrictions
  • Identify encumbrances, easements, or liens affecting the land.
  • Data & Document Management
  • Maintain databases of land records, parcel data, and ownership info.
  • Prepare reports, maps, and summaries for acquisitions or development proposals.
  • Support Acquisitions & Development
  • Assist acquisition teams by evaluating land parcels for potential investment or development.
  • Conduct mark-to-market analysis for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Prepare detailed documentation to support transactions and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external brokers to gather and analyze relevant data for informed decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on analysis to support business strategy and performance improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with external partners.
  • Knowledge of mark-to-market accounting and financial reporting standards is preferred.
