As a Coordinator (Managing Print Service) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communication, processing orders, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating logistics for sales opportunities, with a particular focus on Managed Print Services (MPS). Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales orders, purchase requests, invoices, customer, vendor, and OEM accounts within the SAP Sales module. - Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations between the sales team, customers, internal departments, vendors, and OEM. - Requisition printing supplies to ensure availability and efficient use to customers through vendors and OEM. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, OEM, and vendors.
