Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

You'll assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns — from identifying potential creators to managing collaborations and analyzing campaign performance.

The role is on-site (Pune) for the initial training period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in the final year.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Background in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
