Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic
Product Manager – Partner Program
to build a scalable, high-impact Partner Ecosystem. You'll own the platform end-to-end — from onboarding to performance optimization — crafting seamless journeys, driving automation, authorised persons, and affiliates to grow efficiently through data-driven insights, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Product Ownership-
Lead the full Partner Platform journey — from idea to launch and beyond. Shape features, optimize performance, and continuously evolve the platform to deliver an exceptional experience for our partners.

Roadmap & Collaboration-
Collaborate across business, tech, and design teams to build and execute a visionary roadmap that fuels partner growth, acquisition, and engagement.

•
Integration & Systems-
Drive powerful API integrations, backend automation, and system enhancements that simplify operations and create a seamless partner experience end-to-end.

•
Partner Experience-
Design intuitive, high-impact partner journeys — from effortless onboarding and lead management to transparent payouts and insightful dashboards.

Stakeholder & Releases-
Engage with sub-brokers, authorised persons, and internal teams to turn feedback into action. Manage smooth, on-time releases with strong documentation and UAT rigor.

•
Performance & Innovation-
Track what matters — analyze data, measure engagement, and iterate relentlessly. Benchmark against top industry platforms to uncover new opportunities and drive innovation.

What You'll Bring:

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in broking, fintech, or B2B platform products.

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sub-broker models, and API-driven integrations.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Figma, analytics tools

• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams through PRDs, sprint planning, and UAT cycles.

• Strong analytical and UX orientation with focus on usability and data-backed decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Bonus Point if you have:

• Experience with partner / affiliate platforms or CRM integrations

• Familiarity with payout automation, compliance systems, or partner performance dashboards.

• Exposure to API documentation tools.
