As the Team Manager - Frame Assembly (Exports) you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Frame Assembly. The purpose of your role will be to Manage production (new models & running models) of good quality two wheeler on frame assembly lines and adherence of Export targets with Low Cost Automation

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Achieve the production plan by meeting the Quality Standards -in order to meet PPC Plan
- Decision Taking on sudden Plan Change Overs (with Minimal Changeover Loss
- Analyzing & Problem Solving Knowledge on part defects
- KD Complaints Elimination thru Kaizen Implementation in Existing Packaging Models
- Testing & Validation of New Packaging along with PE, FIQA, & Q Exports
- Identification of Similar Looking Parts & Critical to Packaging
- Improve OEE, Cycle time reduction, Promoting TPM, Implementing Kaizen Thoughts in Work Area
- Electric Vehicle Advance Technology implementation ICE models - OBD 2.1

Managing production (new models & running models) of good quality two wheeler on frame assembly lines as per plan by using optimum utilization of resources, ensuring safe workplace, healthy ER & plan training, learning sessions for staff, team members with improvement in skills used for assembly prospective, having a good knowledge of Line balancing, daily report analysis, man management, process knowledge, and root cause analysis, best manpower utilization in model changeover. And adherence of Export targets, developing the New Models for Existing and New Countries and Implementation of Low Cost Automation

B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering Preferrably with 4 to 8 Years of Experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 12 to 15 Years in Manufacturing industry and exports exposure

- Thorough knowledge of Vehicle Assembly processes, Production Planning, Knowledge of New model requirements
- Training & Developing People
- SAP, TPM, ISO, 5s, JIT, Knowledge Of Manufacturing Process(Lean Manufacturing)
- Line Balancing
- OEE
- Analytical approach to Identify Root Cause of Customer Complaints
- Man Power Resource Utilization for Improvement in Productivity
- Global norms w.r.t exports, packing & shipping
- Knowledge about SKD, CKD
