Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers to remind them of overdue EMIs/loans.
  • Visit customers in the field to collect payments.
  • Update records and maintain compliance.
  • Work with the team to achieve monthly targets & earn incentives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred).
  • Two-wheeler & valid driving license required.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
