  • Customer Interaction – Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to explain products/services, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Identify potential customers, create leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Database Management – Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
  • Sales Support – Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Target Achievement – Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets set by the management.
  • Communication & Persuasion – Build rapport with customers through clear, polite, and persuasive communication.
  • Feedback & Reporting – Gather customer feedback, escalate issues to seniors when necessary, and prepare daily/weekly call reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
