About the role:

The primary role is to drive facility performance including productivity, accuracy, capacity and efficiency. Responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of maintenance activities on electrical- and mechanical building installations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Communicates with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to provide up-to-date maintenance status of all equipment. Work with or contact outside vendors as part of job responsibilities.
• Determines the priority of incoming problem calls and assigns maintenance work orders to available resources.
• Performs and monitors all equipment status changes, including new equipment identification and logging.
• Collaborates with colleagues to create an efficient and effective building environment.
• Enters, updates, and maintains Equipment Configurations for compliance.
• Maintains, distributes, and ensures Maintenance technicians meet assigned PMs, work orders, and calibration schedules.
• Generates, distributes, escalates, and monitors/tracks overdue PMs, calibrations, and work orders.
• Generates Equipment Serial Numbers for all new equipment and software.
• Develops and maintains multi-year maintenance plans to ensure long-term operational reliability.
• Partners with EH&S to ensure all maintenance activities are executed safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Drives initiatives to improve energy efficiency and enhance the sustainability of equipment and systems.

What we are looking for:

• Education level: Bachelor degree
• About 3 to 5 years of experience in Engineering/ Facility
• Experience in process optimization
• Experience in highly regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and Dutch (speaking and writing)
• Flexible attitude
• Knowledge of technical building installations (HVAC, Electrical,)
• Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Teams)
