Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create & modify promotional Emails/WhatsApp/SMS/social media posts.
  • Format, schedule & deploy campaigns with 99% accuracy.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, brand guidelines & quality.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) & prepare reports.
  • Maintain content libraries, templates & SOPs.
  • Support senior strategists with research, data & admin tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of copywriting & persuasive writing techniques.
  • Excellent written English with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & basic reporting.
  • Familiarity with email formatting, automation & social media content.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines & adapt to new tools quickly.
