Junior Copywriter

**Job Title: Jr. Copywriter**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Format, schedule & deploy campaigns with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain consistency in tone, brand guidelines & quality.
- Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) & prepare reports.
- Maintain content libraries, templates & SOPs.
- Support senior strategists with research, data & admin tasks.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong understanding of copywriting & persuasive writing techniques.
- Excellent written English with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace & basic reporting.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines & adapt to new tools quickly.
