Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in handling IT/software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software, web, and mobile application development projects.
  • Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Preferred Skills

  • Agile certification (added advantage).
  • Experience managing client relationships and offshore projects.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or product-based IT projects.
