Key Responsibilities

  • Process mutual fund subscription, redemption, SIP, and switch transactions accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile fund accounts daily and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and update investor records and transaction data in the system.
  • Support the preparation of daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations.
  • Coordinate with Exchanges, RTA, AMC, Vendor and other third-party service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports for audit, compliance, and management.
  • Handle investor queries related to transactions and account status.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Participate in system upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with transaction processing platforms and reconciliation tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEBI (if applicable).
  • Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
