We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Meta, and other emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling, with a proven ability to generate measurable business outcomes through social channels.

You will be responsible for shaping our brand's voice, driving engagement, managing campaigns, and delivering consistent lead generation results. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business and marketing goals.

Manage editorial calendars for LinkedIn company pages, executive thought-leadership profiles, Twitter (X), and Instagram.

Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm changes to optimize strategy for maximum visibility and engagement.

Partner with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure social initiatives are integrated with broader marketing efforts.

Content & Campaign Management

Create, oversee, and publish content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling.

Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, optimizing for lead generation and ROI.

Launch LinkedIn newsletters and outreach programs to engage decision-makers and build subscriber bases.

Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, personalization, and efficiency.

Generate fresh, innovative ideas to stand out in competitive B2B and B2C environments.

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics across all social platforms.

Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Track lead generation effectiveness, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable pipeline growth.

Identify audience trends, competitor benchmarks, and content performance patterns to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

Partner with internal teams (content, design, product, and sales) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on execution and professional growth.

Advocate for social media's role in overall brand and demand-generation strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

5+ years of proven social media marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2B lead generation.

Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Meta ecosystems.

Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and budget optimization.

Strong proficiency in analytics, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and scheduling.

Basic design sensibility and ability to guide creative teams.
