Hi Folks,

We are currently hiring for the role of a Sales and marketing Manager with a Leading HVAC Company based in Mumbai.

Job Description – HVAC Sales Engineer

Location:
Chembur, Mumbai

Department:
Sales & Marketing

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Shift Timing:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Days:
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Pay Range:
₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients in clean room-based industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell services/upgrades.

Technical Sales Support

  • Understand client requirements related to clean room classifications, air changes per hour, filtration standards, and temperature/humidity control.
  • Present technical HVAC solutions aligned with clean room standards (ISO 14644, GMP, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to prepare technical submittals and BOQs.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and post-sale support.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures.
  • Provide insights to management for product development and strategy planning.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM data and sales records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and participate in review meetings.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering
  • Experience:
    2–6 years in technical sales (preferably clean room HVAC or related fields)
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems for controlled environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, P&IDs
  • Familiarity with clean room standards & compliance
