We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in Identity Access and Management, specializing in asset and account inventory governance. This role focuses on analysing data quality, reconciling CMDB discrepancies, and driving process improvements with infrastructure and application teams. The ideal candidate should bring analytical skills, basic knowledge of CMDB and IAM processes, and communication abilities, while also being adaptable to contribute to other BA initiatives beyond this project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Increase coverage of asset/account inventory scope, reconcile discrepancies, and enhance data accuracy in CMDB.

  2. Work with respective teams to extract user lists, resolve data quality issues, and support account lifecycle processes.

  3. Categorize findings into governance, IAM knowledge, and asset understanding for remediation.

  4. Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.

  5. Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Essential: Business and Information Technology/Computer Science/Master Degree

Experience:

Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management

Nature of Experience: Customer Support/Technical Support/Access Admin/BA

Product/Skill Knowledge:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on IT Information Security
  • Experience in IAM controls, asset/account governance, and data analysis.
  • Exposure to working with infrastructure and application teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Background in stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset, good with data analysis and excel
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews
  • Good experience in user access administration on various Application
  • Good (Intermediate) understanding Agile methodology
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to handover the transition efficiently
  • Good experience in managing application & infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of CMDB, asset inventory management, and infrastructure components (servers, apps, unique asset naming).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and address data quality issues across assets and accounts.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts: access administration, privileged ID management, account provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Capability to document findings, support operationalization, and engage with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of infra/app environments is an advantage.
