Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure — including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users (Level 1–3, depending on scope).
  • Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365/Google Workspace environments.
  • Ensure regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection measures.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply software updates, patches, and security configurations in line with IT policies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
  • Support cyber-security initiatives — antivirus management, network security, and access control.
  • Participate in IT projects, system migrations, and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience with network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, etc.) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).
  • Experience with IT automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Exposure to ITIL processes or similar IT service management frameworks.
