Production Management*: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and timely production of marble products.

•⁠ ⁠*Quality Control*: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all products meet high standards.

•⁠ ⁠*Team Leadership*: Lead, train, and manage the factory team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

•⁠ ⁠*Process Optimization*: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.

•⁠ ⁠*Inventory Management*: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.

•⁠ ⁠*Compliance and Safety*: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.

•⁠ ⁠*Maintenance Oversight*: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠*Reporting and Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of production activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

•⁠ ⁠*Budget Management*: Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.

•⁠ ⁠*Cross-Functional Collaboration*: Work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
