Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Microsoft technologies—specifically SharePoint, Windows Server, and SQL Server—and strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#.NET, ASP.NET, and Visual Basic .NET. The role involves developing SharePoint solutions, managing deployments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications using Microsoft technologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders during UAT; support bug fixes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Manage deployment activities and ensure smooth transition into production environments.
  • Provide hypercare support post-deployment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for integration with Windows Server, SQL Server, and related systems.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and release notes as needed.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and governance policies are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint development.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies:
  • SharePoint (2013/2016/Online/365)
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server
  • Proficient in programming languages:
  • C#.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Basic .NET
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, workflows, and web parts is an advantage.
  • Experience with UAT support, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodology.
