Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
SharePoint Developer
who can design, develop, and support enterprise SharePoint applications. The role involves working closely with business teams to build custom components, automate workflows, and improve collaboration platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom components such as web parts, workflows, forms, and applications using
    SPFx, C#, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
    .
  • Build and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, and pages as per business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Integrate SharePoint with internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint performance, customization, and configuration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
  • Maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and deployment procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4–8 years of hands-on SharePoint development experience.
  • Strong expertise in
    SharePoint Online (Office 365)
    and/or
    SharePoint Server 2019/2016
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SPFx
    ,

    ,
    JavaScript
    ,
    HTML/CSS
    ,
    PowerShell
    .
  • Good understanding of
    SQL Server
    and relational databases.
  • Experience using version control tools such as
    Git
    or
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Microsoft Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Exposure to
    Azure services
    such as Azure Functions and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with SharePoint
    migration projects
    (on-prem to cloud).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
    information architecture
    , metadata, and taxonomy design.
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of general IT security concepts and governance best practices.
