What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Project Development Lead, you will:

• Translate the Project Development Plan into actionable on-site tasks and deliverables.

• Supervise land preparation (levelling, fencing, borewell drilling, concreting).

• Oversee construction of greenhouses, tank walls, and farm utilities.

• Coordinate with vendors & contractors for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

• Support procurement: verify quotations, check material quality, track deliveries.

• Commission utilities: electricity, generator, pumps, fans, water storage, pipelines.

• Support deployment of Growize360 automation (sensors, fertigation, climate control).

• Maintain site-level documentation: daily logs, work completion reports, QC checks.

• Liaise with the Project Manager/Founders for progress tracking, problem-solving, and stakeholder reporting.

• Prepare for scale-up: onboard & mentor new Project Deployment Associates in future.

Who We're Looking For

• Education: BE/BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.

• Experience: 3–5 years in project execution (preferably greenhouse, industrial, infra, or agri projects).

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, electrical & plumbing layouts, and site management.

• Hands-on approach: willing to work on-site and travel extensively.

• Familiar with CAD drawings, project plans, and vendor coordination.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience in greenhouse construction, controlled environment agriculture (CEA), or farm infra.

• Exposure to automation/IoT deployment in infrastructure projects.

• Track record of vendor management and field-level project leadership.

• Ability to scale and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
