Job Title: Associate Lead – Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Lead – Graphic Designer to oversee and execute high-quality design projects across multiple platforms. In this role, you will lead visual design efforts, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with the creative, video, and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content that strengthens our brand and storytelling.

You will be responsible for defining design requirements, conceptualizing visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in creating engaging, on-brand graphics for digital and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Study design briefs and determine creative requirements aligned with project goals.
  • Conceptualize, visualize, and create designs including illustrations, logos, layouts, and video graphics.
  • Review and guide the work of junior designers to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and video editors to produce cohesive and impactful content.
  • Prepare and present creative ideas and drafts for internal review.
  • Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and media, ensuring responsiveness and visual appeal.
  • Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance visual communication.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, print, and video graphics.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (knowledge of motion graphics is a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
