Graphic Designer

We at Seed Studio are looking for a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience. Develop creative designs, concepts, and integrated communication campaigns through graphics and layouts based on the brief. The candidate must possess excellent design skills to work with the brief given. He/She will be responsible for developing creative designs that should engage end-users with the client's services. The successful candidate will also be required to come up with out-of-the-box designs that will enhance and promote the brand's digital visibility. Understanding and the ability to work on UX & UI will be an add-on advantage.

Job responsibilities will include:

Graphic Design

As a Creative Associate, you will be responsible for executing assigned projects with high-quality output under stipulated deadlines while maintaining perfect team coordination.

Good communication skills to interact and present ideas & act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions.

Cater to any video-based requirement as well as the entire organisation

Professionalism and commitment towards time, costs, and deadlines

Ability to produce a wide variety of graphic products, including marketing collaterals not limited to - banners, posters, leaflets, newsletters, business cards, letterheads, flyers, brochures, booklets, bookmarks, newspaper ads, tent cards, envelopes, standees, store signage- s, GIF- s, invitation cards, stall design, and web pages.

Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes

Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Ensure that the designs meet the client's requirements and standards

Willingness to learn and grow

Additional roles will be towards supporting tasks across the production pipeline, wireframe storyboarding for independent and dependent tasks, collaborating with other creative associates, running individual projects, and ensuring project consolidation and closing.

Wireframe Design

Creation of wireframes/ storyboards for the app

Precise Content flow and interactions in the wireframes

Artwork outlines to be included in the wireframe

Wireframes to accurately depict the application's functions.\

App Designs

Art elements, characters, props backgrounds.

Buttons, cards, and other UI elements.

Button highlights and selection highlights, and text boxes/ labels.

Screenwise navigation system and application interaction fidelity.

Qualifications for an ideal candidate

2-3 years of experience in the domain

Technical know-how

Proven Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX

Proven software skills of Adobe Creative Suite

Strong sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition, and visual layouts

A keen eye for aesthetics and details, the ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in the design

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Must be receptive to constructive feedback

Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations.

Should be comfortable with Video Editing and 2D Animation

Know online resources for conceptualising designs

Pay attention to details

Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines

Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work
