Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns: outreach, negotiation, coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports with insights on ROAS, CAC, CTR, engagement, and brand growth.
  • Lead analytics with google analytics, google search console, GTM, EMQ, FCID, etc
  • Collaborate with content teams, designers, event organizers, and external agencies to execute high-quality campaigns and shoots.
  • Manage client communication: strategy presentations, campaign updates, and performance reviews.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to bring innovative strategies to the table.
  • Lead CRO and suggest landing page improvements
  • Whatsapp Marketing (Wati, interakt, gupshup, etc) and CRM (Mailchimp, klaviyo, etc)

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands and managing client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of both data (metrics, ROI) and creative (storytelling, brand-building).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple brands.
