Technical Sales Executive

Providing the proper compliances sheet to guide customer about the scope of our product application.(HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing) Production update for all export order. Preparing Final 3.1 TCs for products dispatch as per requirement of clients. Test report against dispatched. Preparing backup documents for all products as per the MOC. New product development. Preparing quotation for our products against the enquiry provide by our client (Consultant/Stockiest) as well as end customer directly. Monthly planning to factory team. Clearing the technical query of the enquiry put forward by end customer. Aim is to convert the enquiry of the customer in the order providing them an effective quality product in competing cost. Ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customer by solving the every query about our product. Taking regularly follow up with line staff about converted order into proper execution in the stipulated time. Carrying the general type of engineering calculation related to our product. Visiting factory for the sample as well as production status of ongoing order of clients. Taking follow up with the clients for the offer send by us. Administrating supply chain as per order. Study for Seismic calculations for sample making. Searching new clients and following up with them for inquiries and converting the same into orders. Preparing Requisitions. Using SolidWorks for analysis and designing. Product Estimation. Weekly visiting factory for the sample as well as production status of ongoing order of clients. Doing strategy for achieving monthly sales targert
