Role & responsibilities

  • Should have proper drawing study knowledge to meet the customer requirement.
  • Should have Knowledge in PPAP and APQP requirements.
  • Should have hands on experience in preparation of PPAP & Project hand overing documentation readiness.
  • Must have the experience in process and product validation.
  • Must have knowledge in Sheet metal stamping, Machining, Welding and Painting knowledge.
  • Must able to drive the Project and provide clarification for the Engineering queries.
  • Must handle the customer for Engineering relevant subjects, ECN and Any process improvement relevant aspects.
  • Must have good communication Skill to communicate the concerns in a right way to customer.
  • Able to establish the process required for the project,
  • Able to handle the vendor and co-ordinate them to do the right process at the right time.
  • Co-ordinate the project activities with the CFT team and escalate the bottle necks/Reg flag line items to achieve the mile stone.
  • Capable of doing supplier/Vendor capability assessment to make right decision.
  • Required Root cause analysis/8D methodology knowledge on validating the failure and make action plan to avoid the repeated issues

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 8 years of experience in New product development
  • Min 5 years of experience in Aerospace New product development and qualification
  • Should have good knowledge in process selection and identification of key process characteristics.
  • Should have Experience in PPAP & APQP procedures
  • Strong people management & team player skills
  • Can able to trouble shoot the issues
  • Excellent Written and Oral English Communication skills
  • Should adhere with AS9100 / ISO
