About the Role:

We're looking to onboard a New Product Development Engineer who will work on product feasibility, process optimization, and delivering cost-effective solutions in order to uphold business objectives of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.
  • Execute trials, document results, and ensure
    Right First Time (RFT)
    .
  • Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
  • Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
  • Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures, and maintain master samples.
  • Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).
  • Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production or Polymer Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in New Product Development of Rubber & Engineering Plastics.
  • Knowledge of
    APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans
    , and IATF 16949.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
