POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Manufacturing, APAC AP is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations across multiple business units with the APAC region, enabling a culture of maximum collaboration, maximum accountability.

Reporting directly to the APAC Chief Supply Chain Officer, this role is crucial to drive operational excellence, ensuring high-quality standards and maximizing productivity while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Leadership: Lead and manage manufacturing operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence.


• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee robust quality control systems to ensure high standards of product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.


• Productivity & Efficiency: Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and optimize costs.


• Cost & Budget Control: Develop and manage cost-reduction strategies while maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring profitability across the APAC manufacturing landscape.


• Supply Chain & Logistics: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of products.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.


• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations within an industrial or consumer goods environment, preferably in architecture or related industries.


• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations across international markets, particularly within APAC.


• Strong expertise in quality control, lean manufacturing, cost management, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.
