Senior Zoho Developer

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions across all major Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Creator, Analytics, etc.).
  • Create workflows, integrations, automations, and scripts to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into seamless Zoho solutions.
  • Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and future-proof.
  • Take ownership of projects — from ideation to execution — and deliver them on time with excellence.
  • Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and elevate team capability.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with deep knowledge of multiple Zoho applications.
  • Strong skills in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and working smart (not just hard).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — we work as a team, not silos.
  • The right attitude: ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
