Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Zoho Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Zoho-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts, to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in Zoho development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and a deep understanding of Zoho's platform capabilities.

Qualification Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Zoho Professional Developer Certification, with a strong understanding of Zoho's platform and ecosystem
  • Proficient in Zoho development tools and technologies, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics
  • Hands-on experience in solution design, development, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high quality, scalable, and maintainable applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Zoho-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and architect solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Zoho applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho platform updates and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of our Zoho-based solutions
