We are looking for a Trainee Zoho Developer who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment. You'll work closely with our Junior/Associate Developer(s) and Operations team assisting in building and improving Zoho-based workflows for real client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, automation, and integrations, and is willing to learn through structured guidance and practical tasks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and customizing Zoho CRM modules, fields, and workflows.
  • Support data setup, automation, and testing activities across Zoho applications.
  • Learn and apply Deluge scripting for small automation tasks.
  • Work on integrations between Zoho CRM, Books, or Inventory under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the team to document processes and maintain shared project files.
  • Gradually learn to build reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics (as applicable).

What We're Looking For

  • Basic understanding of Zoho products (CRM, Books, or Creator preferred).
  • Logical thinking and curiosity to learn new tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Exposure to automation tools or simple coding is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with accountability.
