Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in pan India . The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and participating in sales strategy development. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
