  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote company solutions.
  • Coordinate with tender and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and proposals to close deals.
  • Promote company capabilities to project owners, architects, and consultants during pre-tender and execution phases.
  • Support project execution teams by ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Provide management with regular updates and reports.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual project sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and sales progress.
