Logistics Executive

Role: Logistics Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Bangalore (near New Airport)

Experience: 510 years in Warehouse operations

Joining: Immediate / less than 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receipt and Inspection (GRN):

2. Oversee goods receipt processes.

3. Ensure accurate inspection and documentation of received materials.

4. Dispatch Operations:

5. Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch activities.

6. Ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.

7. Returns Management:

8. Handle return processes efficiently.

9. Maintain proper documentation for returned goods.

10. Loading and Unloading:

11. Supervise loading/unloading activities.

12. Ensure safety protocols and handling procedures are followed.

13. Invoicing:

14. Generate and verify invoices accurately.

15. Ensure alignment with dispatch and delivery records.

16. MIS Reporting:

17. Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to logistics.

18. Analyse and present data for operational improvements.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of GRN, dispatch processes, returns handling, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in using logistics and invoicing software/tools such as WMS, SAP, ERP, etc.
• Any degree or Diploma qualification
• Strong team management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Should be ready to work in Rotational shifts
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be proficient in local language (Kannada)
