Who are we looking for?
The SAP DTS Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP ECC and S/4HANA DTS processes across global regions. Responsibilities include ServiceNow ticket resolution, supporting rollouts and enhancements, and optimizing production planning, supply chain execution, and shop floor integration. The role involves leveraging SAP Fiori, RPA, and analytics for better process visibility and automation.

What will you be doing?

• The Senior SAP Functional Analyst – Demand-To-Supply (DTS), CoE, is responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP ECC and S/4HANA DTS processes across global regions. Responsibilities include ServiceNow ticket resolution, supporting rollouts and enhancements, and optimizing production planning, supply chain execution, and shop floor integration. The role involves leveraging SAP Fiori, RPA, and analytics for better process visibility and automation.
• Collaborate with costing, scheduling, and planning teams to address production variances and ensure process accuracy.
• Support and enhance aATP logic, KPI tracking, and dashboards using SAP Fiori and analytics.
• Manage batch/serial number issues, monitor IDocs and background jobs, handle OSS notes and SAP escalations.
• Maintain documentation, process Change Requests and adhere to CAB/governance standards.
• Create and update test scripts, user stories; support ABAP/BTP enhancements (BAPIs, BADIs, Exits, Workflows).
• Support UAT, integration testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, and Hypercare activities.
• Assist with test automation, audit readiness, and maintaining data integrity.

Who are You?

• Bachelors in Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years SAP ECC/S4 DTS experience in global environments
• Hands-on in S/4HANA planning, manufacturing, and rollouts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Effective in remote, cross-cultural team collaboration
• Proven in driving process improvement and change
