Manager - Store Design

Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary person to lead the design team for our retail stores from QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)industry. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in architecture and retail design with a proven track record of creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. The candidate should possess expertise in brand development, design guidelines, anthropometry, space design, color theory, material selection, mood boards, and concept design.
The role involves overseeing the entire design process from conceptualisation to detailed drawings. Responsibilities:Brand Guideline Development:Develop and maintain brand guidelines for the retail stores. Ensure consistent brand representation across all design elements.
Mall /Airport /Corporate Park Design Compliance:Familiarity with mall design guidelines and regulations. Ensure that all store designs comply with mall-specific requirements. Space Design and Anthropometry:Apply principles of anthropometry to optimize spatial layouts for customer comfort.
Design efficient and visually appealing spaces that enhance the overall customer experience. Color Theory and Material Selection:Expertise in color theory for creating inviting and on-brand atmospheres. Select appropriate materials to achieve a harmonious and durable design.
Detailed Drawings:Oversee the production of detailed and accurate design drawings. Ensure drawings meet regulatory standards and are suitable for construction. Project Delivery:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee the execution of design concepts within specified timelines and budget constraints. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.3-5 years of experience in architecture and retail design. Proven experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
Strong knowledge of mall/airport design guidelines and regulations. Proficiency in anthropometry, space design, color theory, and material selection. Excellent conceptualization and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
