Role Description

This is a full-time role for an on-site Store Manager located in New Delhi. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Store Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on various projects and initiatives.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in market research and sales data analysis
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
