Instrumentation Engineer - Commissioning -cement plant

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Project: Cement Greenfield Project Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-time | Site-based

Preferred candidate profile:

• Execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities as per the approved schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction, quality, and operations teams for smooth handover and readiness of systems for commissioning.
• Troubleshoot issues during commissioning and provide prompt solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain documentation and generate detailed commissioning reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines during all commissioning phases.
• Conduct performance testing and ensure all systems meet design parameters and client specifications.

Instrumentation Engineer Commissioning

• Commission field instruments, DCS, PLCs, SCADA systems, and control loops.
• Perform loop checks, calibration, and functional testing.
• Coordinate with control system vendors and resolve instrumentation issues.
• Support integration between process and control systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant discipline.
• 6- 8 years of experience in commissioning within the cement, heavy industrial, or similar large-scale plant setup.
• Prior experience in Greenfield or Brownfield projects preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a challenging site environment.
