Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. If you're a performance marketer who thrives on optimisation and results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximise ROI
- Build and present detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and tools
- Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities in the digital space
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of direct working experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset – you don't wait to be told, you take initiative
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
Bonus Points For:
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or Zoho Campaigns/CRM for email marketing or automation
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across paid and owned media
- Familiarity with GA4 / GTM and conversion tracking implementation
- Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
