About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Red Hat Automation & Platform Architect
to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level automation and deployment solutions using the
Red Hat technology stack
. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with
Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
,
OpenShift
,
RHEL
, and
middleware components
, with the ability to guide teams through the end-to-end lifecycle of architecture, implementation, and managed service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    automation architectures
    using
    Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
    , including playbook development, orchestration, and integration with ITSM and CI/CD tools.
  • Architect and deploy
    Red Hat OpenShift
    ,
    RHEL
    , and
    middleware components
    (AMQ, Fuse, 3scale API Management, etc.) across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead development teams in
    automation-based solution design
    , configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of Red Hat platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure architectural integrity and compliance.
  • Implement
    DevOps practices
    including pipeline automation, configuration management, and containerized deployments using Kubernetes.
  • Support
    managed services
    on Red Hat environments including performance monitoring, patching, compliance, and optimization.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and process standardization.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to engineering teams across development, operations, and support functions.
  • Evaluate and recommend Red Hat ecosystem tools and technologies to improve automation maturity and platform stability.

    monitoring, patching, and operational automation
    for managed Red Hat platforms.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile
    and
    DevOps
    methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12–18 years of experience in IT infrastructure, automation, or platform engineering roles, with at least 5 years in an architect or lead capacity.
  • Red Hat certifications preferred (RHCA, RHCE, or Ansible/ OpenShift Delivery Specialist).
