On an average adding one new product every year, Antenna and Immobilizer in 2011, wide range of BCM's since 2012, Electronic power steering control units from 2013, and Voltage regulator in 2014. Job Description

  • Preparation of production and production changes for New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Coordination of Product Data Management in SAP (Material Master, Routing, Transfer Price etc.,)
  • Planning and execution of pre-series Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
  • Planning and execution of EWAK-run (trail) and build D-sample
  • Coordination of manufacturing documents PFMEA, IQP (Control Plan) etc.,
  • PPAP production incl. preparation and coordination between departments (till PSW from customer)

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Any specialization) | 2 to 8 years of Experience
