Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of commodity markets (energy, metals, agri, etc.).
  • Monitor domestic and global commodity prices, supply-demand dynamics, and policy developments.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly commodity research reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain commodity models, databases, and price forecasts.
  • Provide research support to trading/advisory desks and assist in client interactions.
  • Stay updated with macroeconomic indicators, global events, and regulatory changes impacting commodity markets.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of commodity markets, trading, and fundamental/technical analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret macroeconomic data, global trends, and market reports.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting abilities.
