About Analog Devices
Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. ADI combines analog, digital, and software technologies into intelligent system solutions that drive advancements in digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare, combat climate change, and reliably connect humans and the world.
With annual revenue exceeding $14 billion and approximately 25,000 employees worldwide, ADI enables today's innovators to stay Ahead of What's Possible.
About the Role
The Software and Digital Platforms Group at ADI is seeking an accomplished Principal Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development of complex, multi-core SoCs and platform-based products.
In this high-impact role, you will drive requirements alignment, risk-managed execution, and on-time delivery across diverse cross-functional teams spanning hardware, software, IP, system architecture, and foundry engineering. You will help define and deliver the next generation of integrated digital platforms that power ADI's intelligent edge solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead Complex SoC Development Programs
Drive product execution from concept through silicon delivery and production release — managing hardware, software, IP, and system integration across global teams. - Own Program Planning and Governance
Define and manage the Plan of Record (POR) including scope, schedule, cost, and risk. Apply structured change management through the Change Request (CR) process to maintain execution discipline and traceability. - Align Technical and Business Requirements
Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to translate system-level requirements into actionable technical milestones and verification goals. Ensure alignment across HW/SW interfaces and third-party IPs. - Ensure Predictable, On-Time Execution
Develop detailed program schedules across multiple functional workstreams. Track dependencies, identify risks early, and drive timely mitigation to maintain schedule fidelity. - Drive Proactive Risk Management
Establish a culture of early risk identification, quantification, and mitigation. Lead structured risk reviews and implement data-driven trade-off decisions to keep projects on track. - Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster strong collaboration between system, hardware, software, IP, and foundry teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient debug/validation closure. - Drive Process and Execution Excellence
Contribute to continuous process improvements across planning, execution, and communication workflows. Identify and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, predictability, and quality across programs. - Communicate with Clarity and Influence
Provide transparent, data-backed program updates to engineering leadership and business stakeholders. Balance customer commitments with long-term platform scalability. - Mentor and Lead by Example
Support the growth of ADI's project management community through mentorship, coaching, and promoting best practices in program execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience leading complex SoC or ASIC programs with high system integration.
- Proven success managing multi-core processors, HW/SW co-development, and multi-IP integration.
- Deep understanding of SoC design flows including architecture, RTL, verification, validation, and productization.
- Demonstrated excellence in requirements management, schedule control, and risk management.
- Experience working within a phase-gate or hybrid product development lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; able to engage effectively across technical and executive levels.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with external IP vendors, foundries, and system-level customers is highly desirable.
Why You'll Love Working Here
At ADI, you'll be part of a team that thrives at the intersection of technology and impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape complex digital platforms that define the future of intelligent systems — all while working in an environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Join us to lead transformation at the intelligent edge — and help the world stay Ahead of What's Possible.
