About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. You will build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors regularly.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to doctors.
  • Collect orders from distributors/retailers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with competitor products, market trends, and industry updates.
  • Participate in conferences, CMEs, and marketing activities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.Pharm, BBA/BA/Any Graduate).
  • 0–2 years of experience in medical/pharma sales (freshers also welcome).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build good rapport with doctors and healthcare staff.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in pharma or medical device sales.
  • Understanding of the local healthcare market.
  • Good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
