A. Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for assigned products, regions, or customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,

including dealers, distributors, and end-users.

  1. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of steel products, including

specifications, applications, and benefits.HR,CR,GP (FLAT & LONG PRODUCTS)

  1. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activity, market

trends, and customer needs.

  1. Sales Process Management: Manage sales processes, including lead generation, conversion,

and closure. B2B & B2C, Collaboration with Internal Teams,Adherence to Sales

Processes:

  1. Order Booking and Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order booking and fulfillment.

  2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt issue

resolution and excellent service.

B. Performance Metrics:

  1. Sales Volume: Achieve sales volume targets.

  2. Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth.

  3. Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers.

  4. Customer Retention: Retain existing customers.

  5. Product Mix: Achieve desired product mix.

  6. Average Order Value (AOV): Increase AOV through upselling or cross-selling.

C. Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering).

  1. Experience: Relevant sales experience in the steel industry or a similar sector.

  2. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel products and applications.

  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Salary = 15,000 to 25,000(Best as per Industrial Standards)

Note :-

Needed 6 ASOs. Each at Central,East, West, North and South Regions of Chhatisgarh.

The Concerned ASO will be at his teritory / Region for 20 days in the Month and 10 days approx he will be in Raipur Head Quarters.

1st Prefrence to those Candidates with there Home Location at the above region and 2nd Prefrence to those who can relocate to the above Region.

East Region Location : Raigarh,

West Region Location : Rajnandgoan

North Region Location : Ambikapur

South Region Location : Jagdalpur

Central 1 Region Location : Raipur

Central 2 Region Location : Bilaspur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
