Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our values and goals.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies that foster a productive and compliant workplace.

  • Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance to resolve conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment.

  • Oversee performance management processes, supporting continuous feedback and growth for employees.

  • Design and conduct training programs to enhance employees' professional development and ensure a motivated workforce.

  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, talent management, and organisational development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and ethical workplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience with a proven ability to handle complex employee relations and strategic planning.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for influencing and building relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute full-cycle recruiting and employee engagement strategies.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for seamless management of HR operations.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
